Applications for all categories of UK visas/ entry clearances should be made at the Visa Application Centre in Robinson Road. The full address is:
VISA APPLICATION CENTRE
138 Robinson Road
# 07-09
The Corporate Office
Singapore 068906
Applications should be made in person. All applications submitted through the Application Centre will be processed within 2 working days. Business visitors and other frequent travellers who need to travel urgently are able to benefit from a special same day service. Fewer applicants will require interviews.
This improved service has been developed in partnership with Visa Facilitation Service Singapore (VFS) and replaces the previous 5-day postal-only system. The British High Commission is also working with the British Council and VFS to provide a specialised application process for Singaporeans wishing to study in UK. This is to be introduced before the main 2004 UK academic intake.

1. Trained staff are on hand at the Application Centre to accept your papers, explain the latest visa/entry clearance rules and offer advice where necessary. All applications are then forwarded to the High Commission where they are assessed by UK Entry Clearance Officers.
2. For customers who are eligible to use our express service, we aim to process applications and have visas/ entry clearances available for collection from the Visa Application Centre within the same working day.
3. A handling charge of S$20 per application will be levied by VFS for the visa application service. Customers may also purchase cashiers orders (contact the Application Centre at [email protected] / telephone for details and charges). An additional service will soon be offered for customers who wish to have passports returned to their office or home address by courier.
4. In cases of emergency, applications will still be accepted at the High Commission.
