请教ntu的奖学金和报到手续！急！！！

<P>刚刚收到ntu的电子类的phd的录取信，上面没说有没有奖学金。是不是这就意味着没有奖？</P>
<P>另外一个关于注册时间的问题。学校是7月开学，而我9月之前去不了，不知道能不能延期
到学期的第二段10月再去啊？</P>
<P>因为时间急，请各位赐教！</P>

<P>Don't be too worry... In my case, there is no indication for any scholarship offered on the offer letter. But confirm will have, if you select scholarship only in your application form.</P>
<P>About the registration period, you may call the officer for more assistance. The number can be found from NTU website. You can look for graduate studies office.</P>
