请教关于EP换工作的文题

<P>各位经验人士，小弟我是EP，Q2。目前我是从事生产电脑配件的（plastic injection olding）。可是我感觉这里好像呆不长久，虽然是上市公司，可是公司近几年从国内找了很多低薪员工，我怕明年换准证会有问题，请问我可以在这里换公司吗？容易吗？希望有经验的人士帮忙出出主意，谢谢了！！</P>
