<P><B>Responsibilities:</B>

<LI>To start-up a R&D Center to manage refresh programs (mechanical
<LI>packaging, including Industrial Design) with initial focus on cell phone and later include consumer electronic appliances.
<LI>Refresh Product Development from Conceptual designs, Prototyping, Pilot through Mass Production Launch.
<LI>Work with Factory to ensure the Design is manufacturable and support
<LI>cost-down initiatives.
<LI>It is expected that the R&D center is likely to grow into a full fledge
<LI>Design Center later - with Electrical RF / Logic design, PCB design and Software design.</LI></UL>
<P align=justify><B>Requirements:</B>
<UL>
<LI>Minimum 10 years in Mechanical Design of Consumer Electronic products, preferably in cell phones, of which 5 years must be in the design managerial position, leading a team of Mechanical Design Engineers
<LI>Familiar with Pro-E Mechanical CAD software
<LI>BSc Engineering or Bach Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (those without Engineering Degree must possess a minimum of Mechanical Engineering Diploma and must have minimum 13 years design experience with 6 years in design managerial position)
<LI>Must be bi-lingual in both English & Chinese
<LI>Experience in cell phone design will be an added advantage</LI></UL>
