<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #1d1d8e" color=#f70997 size=3>PSB学院和灵格风语言学校 are both private schools.</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4>Singapore may not be a good destination to learn English from the beginning. </FONT></P><P><FONT size=4>It can be a good place to practise what you have learned. </FONT></P>

well.. for good english, in Singapore, you have to probably major in English Literature courses in order to communicate with pple ard u using standard english.
