<P>i took my "o" level at St. Francis five years ago. </P><P>St. Francis is actually like a private secondary+JC School. They operate like government school, but the school fee is more expensive than the government one. But u can enter direct to Sec4 in St.Francis. And students in there are mostly indonesia, china, and singapore. not like other private school which 90% are chinese. so u can improve english in a better environment. </P>
