<P>请问哪位前辈知道有关去北欧留学的情况？听说那里高等学院学费都是免费的是吗？ 自己只需要承担生活费。 也听说虽然教学是英语授课，但英语普及的情况并没有新加坡那么广泛， 请问有哪位知道，请为小妹提供一些信息，在此感谢了！ </P>

<P>north euro?  very very hard to go there. even though no tuition, but the living cost is amazing. Norway, finland and danmark, they are the richest country in the world. they all have their own languages, but you can use english to communicate to anybody in those countries.     </P><P>norway is my dream country. so nice there! but i am afraid i can never go there. so expensive to live there.    </P>
