从DBS贷款买组屋，申请公民后还能转到HDB贷款吗？

<P>现在我们是PR，准备买组屋，只能从商业银行贷款。我准备今年申请公民，如果能拿到公民的话，我还可以把贷款转到HDB吗？也就是能不能享受低息贷款？这次买房是不能享受政府补助了，下次再买组屋（卖掉现在的），是不是可以享受政府补助哪？</P>
