<p>'Foie Gras' thats french, in english we simply called it goose liver haha. </p><p>try carrefour, and that japanese supermarket at orchard. but they r rare in singapore market anyway, fingers crossed lol.</p><p>look for the lable 'Bloc de Foie Gras de Oie' or 'Bloc de Foie Gras de Trufado'(this one with Truffles), these r the best you can get in the market here i believe </p><p>and if u only use it with toast i will say thats a waste. try eat with Truffles and Port. and thats it. good luck with ur hunting. </p> |
