<p>when u buying a resale flat, you buy 'as is where is basic'.</p><p>meaning that , the flat upon completion will be vacant possession, and all fixture and fitting will be remains,and if u are not happy with the fixture and other u have to take it down yourself, the hdb inspection is only to check any unauthorise renovation , like knock away the wall without permission , install additional water heater which may cause over-load electricity etc.</p><p>so 厕所的那些斜插的玻璃(建屋局原始装置)没了, it consider u have accept the condition ,(cause u have signed the option, u did not check properly , this is due to yr over-sight , nobody to blame) the seller agent have no duty to inform u, the seller agent duty is when u ask , he answer , u did not ask ,it will consider u have accept the condition.</p><p>that why the seller agent allow u to have 2nd viewing , 3rd viewing or even 4th viewing, u can see as many time as u like , and ask or bargin, so after the final price is concluded , the deal is seal and no more bargin, </p><p>this apply to the seller also, what happen if a few day after u , some one like the hse and pay 20k more than u, can the seller pay u back the deposit and say thank you to u? </p><p>u will sue him until he lost his pant.</p><p>conclusion : after the option is signed(buyer) mean a contract is formed,and there will be no change include the selling price.</p>[em05] |
