凭PR批准信可以进入新加坡吗?

However, the wife and children (15 years old and above) need to come personally to register for the Blue Identity Card. </p><p></p><p>PR批准信上没有签证. 你可以帮她办EP/REP手续,她来了后可以自己去办IC.</p>

<p>我的一个同学与你情况一样，他在ICA给他老婆拿到了一张小纸片，上面有ICA给的签证，就是一个章，把它寄回去就可以和护照一起用了，进新加坡没有问题。</p>
