who has opt-out from CDAC fund?

check your payslip, CDAC fund deducts $1 from our salaries without any consent. is there anyone who has canceled this donation?

it's not about the money, but something without my content and take out from my pocket. it is not the way to do donation. 
cdac website said we can opt-out, but is there anyone tried before? 
 
i think many ppls not even aware of the cdac deduction from your salaries as me one day ago, right?

CDAC - 华社，是华人都要捐，当然你可以opt-out。
