<p>我上次申请时就是因为老婆和小孩的没有英文出生公正，所以只能我自己申请，他们还给了我高等法院的地址，让我去那里翻译后再申请他们的，我还没有时间去呢。请问一下，去高等法院翻译一份要多少钱啊？多长时间？还是可以自己翻译打印处出来就行，以前听人说可以自己翻译的哦，不知道是否真的。</p>
