朋友们，在领取Ep card时，以下材料是否需要？知道的请速告诉我，谢谢 Immigration White Card (IMM27) for first-time applicants only （本人为第一次申请） The original and completed EPOnline Declaration Form duly signed by the applicant and local Employer/Sponsor, if the application had been submitted electronically.

需要，还要看看批准信上是否有写需要其他材料， 只要写出来的就得提供。

IPA上面不是有一个标题为"DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR COLLECTION",把里面提到的资料准备好就可以了吧.例如：1）Applicant's travel document ；2）A clear copy of the travel document showing the applicant's personal details;3)The completed medical examination form;4)The In-principle Approval letter. Just so so.
