【房屋】现在适合买租屋吗？

现在经济不好，pr还适合买租屋吗？本来打算买的，现在确不知道怎么办了，不知各位有何高见。

now the price is cheap, and alot of available unit for u to choose , seller willing to neg. the price , u don't buy?
 
u want to wait until the price go up u have to bid for the hse then u buy?
 
if buy for own stay, i will advise u to look around now, BUT if buy for investment u still can wait 6-9 months
 
just think, after u buy, the price go down another 10%-15% within 1 year, will u sell? after factor in the rental u have to paid ?
 
if the price shoot up another 10-15% in one year ? will u sell?
 
for normal case, one family will only think to upgrade/downgrade after 5-7 year due to increase of family member, change of environment, school/work location,  those without a roof right now, good to buy one, 3-5 room will depend on yourself, some prefer to stay small ,some perfer to have addition room, just in case they have friends or intend to rent out one day.
