好像超过两周LZ可以申请担保失效，不用负责任！

收钱了？如果有保证金的话就没收（估计你能cover吧）
以后再担保信用会受影响

因为认识所以帮人担保，因为担保所以出现很多弃保逃走的人。。。
 
人拉，不要这样利用别人的信任！
 
担保的人，也不要滥用你的善心！看那个人你有多了解多信任，
 
也要想到最坏的情况发生时你能不能担起所有的责任。。。

那你那个朋友现在则么说.....或者找他中国的父母亲人啊....不可能断绝和家里的联系吧.....要黑在新加坡难度太大了....而且一点回报都没有.....何苦呢...

谢谢大家的关心，我已经在朋友的陪伴下去报警了，也通知了失踪人的家属，其实她和家人还有联系，只是不联系我朋友，她想留在新加坡作黑工。新加坡的警察好像也不清楚具体应该怎么做，但对我说如果她犯法我应该不负责。请问怎么样去移民厅取消担保？为了这事，头也痛了。在这谢谢大家帮忙。

 Dear Madam / Sir,       If last time I applied Social Entry Visa for my friend's friend, I'm as the sponsor.  Then she came to singapore,however now the visa has been invalid (overdue), I can't find her. Then what should I do now. Might I be on any legal responsibility ?  Or should I report her name, passport number and all the informations to ICA or the police.   ( This is I ask for my friend,acturally she is the sponsor, she is PR, applied visa for her friend's friend last time.)     Because we are now very afraid of this,we report to police,they say they also don't know what should we do.Hope can receive your reply soon. 这个是我今天给ICA的官员发的邮件，但是我不知道具体的Information 他们要我提供的，所以如果楼主有看到，可以给我，我来问，或者是直接楼主发邮件给他们，按照我上面的地址和内容就好了。
 
其实我24号有发邮件去问，不过每人回我~   今天一发到这个邮箱，就有人回了~
