Interface Manager
Responsibilities:
Able to liase with contractors and client stakeholders on coordination for system design.
Following up with issues on system design.
Coordination with different work teams to solve the problem
Able to prepare materials for presentation and able to present and discuss it on meetings with client stakeholders, contractors and/or management.
Preparation of Interface Team weekly, monthly, internal progress and status reports to client stakeholders and company management.
Able to listen and understand on team member’s concern and able provide advise on both technical and management aspects of the concern.
Delegate designated task to team members and ensure that deliverables are completed on time.
Able to involve on project tender activities.
Requirements:
Familiar with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system or Integrated Supervisory and Control System (ISCS).
Familiar with System Integration design coordination.
Good leadership skills are a must.
Good organizational skills are a must.
Familiar with basic Linux operation will be advantageous
Competent in office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Excellent bilingual communication skills will be advantageous
Willing to pick up new skills
Good inter-personal skills
Pro-active in site issue investigations related to system design
Rail transit industry background experience will be advantageous.
Work may require the incumbent to solve urgent issues after official working hours.
Basic software programming skills will be advantageous.
LTA project experience will be advantageous. |
