请问妈妈长期准证被拒回国，多久后回来可再申请？

再次申请成功率有多高？再请问大家都是网上递的申请吗？
可是网上申请根本没有办法交材料和写说明信呀，那每个人的情况移民厅怎么知道呢？多谢

一般都是半年后就可以重新申请，你妈妈回国了吗？我父母也被拒了心情很不好啊~正在APPEAL的阶段
