Q:My child is not interested in the course which he is doing; can he ask for a course transfer?
A: All students are expected to complete the course which they are enrolled into. However, under exceptional circumstances, students may request for a course transfer which may be allowed if there are vacancies. Nevertheless, students will not be allowed to transfer to any course if they did not meet the relevant cut-off point or other entry requirements for that course at the time of their entry. Students who wish to appeal for a course transfer should approach the Programme Chair of the course they are seeking to be admitted to. For students who are below 21 years of age, applications for course transfer must be countersigned by a parent or legal guardian. The decision of RP on any application for course transfer will be final.
