另外，因为新房子在2015年年初拿到，装修好估计也要5-6月了，如果给孩子这时转学可以吗？还是非得等到下一年的一月，新学年开始，才能转学？

"The 2012 Primary One Registration Exercise has closed. The 2013 Primary One Registration Exercise will tentatively be conducted between July and August 2013. This webpage will be updated by May 2013. The vacancies for 2013 Primary One Registration Exercise will be available by 30 June 2013." --- MOE Web Site

去年Phase 2C的报名日期是7月30号和31号，今年的报名日期还未公布。

如果孩子是公民， PR或DP，任何时间转学都可以。但是很多时候，选择在学期末到开学前这段时间转学成功的机会较高（因为有些孩子会转去其它学校而留下空额）。

MOE的网站上是这样说的:

I have purchased a yet-to-be completed property and should be moving in after the property is completed. Can I make use of the new home address for the purpose of registration?

Yes. The new home address can be used provided that you are able to produce evidence from the relevant authority that you have committed to the purchase of this property. In the case of private property, you must produce the original Sales and Purchase Agreement. For the 2012 Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise, the date of commitment by the developer in the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) must not be later than 31 December 2014. In the case of Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat, the Agreement for Lease is required. In addition, you have to sign a letter of undertaking to move into the new property within two years of the child's entry into P1.

也就是说, 如果想用新的住家地址报名, 您的新房子的TOP日期一定不能迟于2016年底.
