"Keppel Corp will end up a bit of everything and a hotchpotch of holdings rather than having a focus, and it will require quite a lot of money to privatise Keppel Land."
Assuming that Keppel Corp decides to buy the remaining 45 per cent stake in Keppel Land at revalued net asset value estimated by analysts to be S$6 per share, it would cost Keppel Corp a hefty S$4.17 billion to privatise Keppel Land."
