ltvp请教大神

本人pr，3个多月前前给爸爸申请ltvp杯具。因为岳母身体不好回国，没人带孩子，想再试一次给父亲办理ltvp，但是担心再次杯具。看到ica的网站关于ltvp申请有一条

S$40 Extension Fee
For the application of Long-Term Visit Pass to be successfully submitted, please note that applicant must have a minimum valid stay of 10 days. An extension fee of S$40 is applicable for a Visit Pass that has been continuously renewed for a period of 3 months or more from the date of entry/issuance of Visit Pass when the valid Visit Pass issued to him has accumulated to a period of 3 months or more since the date of entry/issuance of first pass.

为了让父亲在这边待的时间最大话，那是不是我可以这样做？入境后先延期至89天，然后第88天提出申请ltvp，这样直接交40块钱，ica会再延期一段时间，如果杯具我在申请appeal，再和ica申请延期白卡。
请大神指教是不是可行？
