这是普通的民事纠纷。。。有什么惩罚的。 这种事情无对错，也不违法，来来去去就是协议而已。

小额法庭只负责钱方面的纠纷，所以也没办法惩罚她。除非我们在以原告的身份去file另一个case去告她。。。

如果哪天我闲的没事做了，也许会考虑、;P;P

我也是很郁闷，浪费很多精力和时间，感觉很不公平，好像谁都可以告别人一下
新加坡不像美国，是无罪辩护，这里是有罪辩护。。。

我有点好奇，假设你要起诉她。。。你告她什么？

本人没有法律专业知识。但感觉那个徐XX有诬告的嫌疑，随便拿个自己都没搞清楚的事情告别人，法庭是给这些人闹着玩的吗？白白浪费时间和资源。这种人不给个响亮的耳光，不知道能不能长记性。

按这个说法，subtenant不能将整套再出租，但是出租房间没说不可以

对比下面这段，这是针对房间出租的

我以前也和朋友合租过一套房，当时是一个人以个人名义和房东签的约。房东的要求（通过中介传达）是只要这个人还住在里面，其他人只要合法居住他不限制。签约时住几个人，总人数只能少不能多，但签约人以外的人变动，只要通知她即可，不用重新签合约。

诬告，小题大做了。。。。呵呵，这种事情没有诬告，对方没有捏造证据，你倒是说说看，对方诬告了什么？？ 就是普通的纠纷，

我也不是学法律的不过我想诬告一词的意思是你明知道是不实的还来起诉，有点类似真实恶意

你需要证明人家知道真相，这个取证恐怕很难

否则一旦因为证据不足起诉失败就能反被控诬告。。。。你自己想想后果吧，吃亏最多的反倒可能是公诉方吧。
