1)12月18日起不需要预约， 直接online申请， 要提交的相关文件用scanned copy
2）费用： 提交就要100块   不论批不批  批了的话再交20

3）Process时间： 4-6个月 或者更久 case by case
4）现在预约在12月18之前的还有效 不受影响
5）12月18之前的slots完全满了
