Job Description
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents,preparation of policy documents, sorting of gov claims documents.
- Maintaining availability of office supplies and liaising with other department when matters arise.
- Support Sales team execute and manage orderprocessing transactions accurately, arrange shipment, handle shipment insurance and custmor feedback etc.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as when required.
Requirements - Min. Pre-U/A level/College,Professional Certificate or Diploma.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
