Job Description

Main Responsibilities:  

·       Conduct daily outreach visits at customers’ sites to listen totheir needs and satisfaction with company's products and services.

·       Promoting existing & Introducing new products.

·       Focus on generating new sales leads and follow up.

·       Preparation of quotation and presentation required by customer.

·       Answer customer inquiries.

·       Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients

·       Main point-of-contact for clients

·       Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizinginformation

·       Identify service and product improvements by remaining current onindustry trends, market activities, and competitors

Skills & Qualifications:

·       N level/O Level/Diploma and above in Marketing or sales role experience.

·       1-2 years of product marketing or sales role experience ispreferred.

·       Understanding of books sales is a plus.

·       Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speakingassociates in view of business communications.

·       High energy level and creativity

·       Passionate and positive, can-do attitude, aggressive, proactiveand good self-discipline is the key

·       Good Presentation, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills

·       Meeting Sales Goals & Sales Planning

职位描述

主要职责：

• 每天需要外出访问顾客，听取他们对公司产品和服务的需求和满意度并且推荐顾客现有产品和新产品。

• 主要负责开拓新的销售渠道并跟进服务。

• 准备客户要求的报价和产品展示。

• 回答客户询问。

• 与客户建立并保持牢固的关系。

• 为客户的主要联络人。

• 通过收集、分析和总结信息来准备销售报告。

• 通过及时了解行业趋势、市场活动和竞争对手来确定服务和产品改进。

技能和资格：

•N 级/O 级/Diploma及以上的市场营销学历或有销售经验。

•1-2 年产品营销或销售角色经验者优先。

• 了解图书销售是一个加分项。

• 英语和普通话双语，以便与说华语的顾客进行商务沟通。

• 有活力和创造力。

• 热情积极、能干的态度、进取心、主动性和良好的自律是关键。

• 良好的演讲、谈判、勘探技巧。

• 尽力达到销售目标和销售计划。
