Position Summary: Must be able to use Xero accounting software Manage accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking Perform data entry and file maintenance for administrative processes Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate financial and administrative records Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses through email and phone calls Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience in both accounting and administrative roles Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite Thrive in an energetic, positive, and passionate work environment Job security offered with a permanent full-time position Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications
