Ticketing Officers/Executives

Responsibilities:

Attend to call-in/walk-in/corporate customers in booking/issuing tickets
Provide an excellent level of customer service
Achieve team and individual sales targets

Requirements:

Customer-oriented, self motivated, team player
Good communication skills and bilingual (English and Mandarin as to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
