Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Need to coordinate between overseas customers and China factory, including order follow up, new project development, customer complaint, shipping documents etc.
- May need to learn SAP order processing system (with SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Update data, filing and other sales support admin duties
- Ensure customers’ orders are processed promptly and accurately to support daily operations
- Other ah-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- GCE’O’ level or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in business administration
- 1~2 year of related working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read, write & speak)
- Process strong planning and organizing skills
- Must be a team player and willing to learn
- S'porean, SPR only
- DP or LTVP holders are welcomed
