Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Need to coordinate between overseas customers and China factory, including order follow up, new project development, customer complaint, shipping documents etc.
  • May need to learn SAP order processing system (with SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Update data, filing and other sales support admin duties
  • Ensure customers’ orders are processed promptly and accurately to support daily operations
  • Other ah-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • GCE’O’ level or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in business administration
  • 1~2 year of related working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read, write & speak)
  • Process strong planning and organizing skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to learn
  • S'porean, SPR only
  • DP or LTVP holders are welcomed
