我知道，如果自己cancel了自己的PR，那么以后就不能申请到了。那么如果比如说5年以后，政府不肯renew你的PR（假设不是犯法的原因），那么以后还可以申请吗？还会批准吗？

<P>只要RENEW REP的时候有一份跟申请PR时候相若的工作，一般都会给你新的REP。</P><P>如果实在不行，不要离开新加坡，直到符合条件。</P>

不给renew,可能是因为当时在新没有相应的empolyment. 如果再申请, 只要有公司担保, 问题就不大.

<P>depends ...</P><P>better ask ICA through hotline....</P><P>I think if you have been employed for more than 4 years, and just start as self-employed, it will get no much trouble if producing the certain certificate of running own business..</P>

<P>Anyone knows what will ICA do to the following case:</P><P>If I had good CPF and Tax record for 3 years,  4th year doing a venture but being not very successful, so not making money, by the end of 5th year I became bankrupt and a few banks were chasing after me for 1 million dollars in total.</P><P>Will ICA give me a PR renewal so that I pay that 1 million back, or send me back to China?</P>[em06]
