<b>学生利益保护计划SPS的私立教育机构的名单
</b>"消协保证标志"教育认证计划

2004年9月1日出台的"消协保证标志"教育认证计划(CaseTrust for Education)旨在表彰那些拥有健全的学生福利保护措施和高水准工作机制的私立教育机构(Private Education
Organisation，简称PEO)。这些机制包括：

<LI>明晰的学生索赔措施和体系

<LI>品质承诺公开化

<LI>确保教学和行政人员训练有素 </LI></UL>"消协保证标志"教育认证计划是新加坡消费者协会<B>(CASE)</B>、新加坡经济发展局<B>(EDB)</B>、新加坡标准、生产力与创新局<B>(SPRING)</B>、新加坡旅游局<B>(STB)</B>及新加坡资讯通信发展管理局<B>(IDA)</B>的合作项目。

加入学生利益保护计划(Student Protection Scheme)的私立教育机构的名单

学生利益保护计划(SPS)将在私立教育机构因破产或被规定关闭而无法继续运作的情况下，保护学生的学费免受损失。它亦可在私立教育机构未依据新加坡法院的判决向学生偿付罚款或者退还学费的情况下保护学生的利益。学生利益保护计划包括两个计划 - 学费户头计划(托管户头)及学费保险计划(STFI)。

自2004年12月1日起， 只有以下私立教育机构(PEOs)才有权招收外国学生。
