中介行业不规范，新加坡有一些中介也是这样，串通中国的中介和新加坡雇主联合欺诈中国人。来到新加坡才知道被骗，进退两难。

he could have do some researching before approaching those job agencies in China. Even in Singapore, some agencies or company are notorious in swindling people.
