不过若是以比率上比的话，坦白说, many housing agents & people around me say if you compare all other foreign workers in s'pore for example from 10 filipinos, 10 印尼华人，10 个缅甸, 10个印度来得客工等等其他国家和10 个中国客工学生比较的话，他们都说中国房客最野蛮奸诈无信用的最严重和最多。

OF course it's not all china people got bad attitude & rude but in terms of percentage, more china workers/students have bad attitude compared to foreign workers/students from other countries.

That's why I even saw before got chinese-educated s'porean-chinese old couple, they rather rent their flat to 1 indian engineer but they say they don't want rent china people.
