小乌龟紧急求助~急！

今天突然发现我养的小乌龟（巴西龟）左边脖子肿得很大，有达人知道它是不是生病了，有治疗的好办法吗？
我养它已经养了快一年了，一直喂得专门的巴西龟饲料，而且基本上两天一换水，不知道它为什么会生病，我不想它死啊!毕竟养了一年有感情了，而且它也是条鲜活的生命啊！

求达人指点一下，我和我家龟龟都感谢你！！
