This consulting firm brings together a diverse range of experiences, skills, knowledge, talents and contacts to help financial services organizations anticipate market trends, identify their implications and develop solutions for their most demanding issues.


Key service offerings include business strategy, distribution effectiveness
& shared services, performance management, financial transformation, programme advisory, information technology and wealth management.

Job Requirements

Manager
  • Recognized university Bachelor or Masters Degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably with 3 years in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm.
  • Prior consulting experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification is an advantage.
  • A MBA Degree from reputable business schools is an advantage.
  • Strong client service orientation, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt method and practices to meet clients’ needs.
  • Proven capabilities in managing large-scale business transformation projects and programs.
  • Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise.
  • Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Travel within Asia is required at least 10-20% of the time on average.

Senior Associate
  • Recognized university Bachelor or Masters Degree with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is a definite advantage.
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification is an advantage.
  • A MBA Degree from reputable business schools is an advantage.
  • Strong client service focus and an ability to interact and work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, report writing and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated team player with a dedication to teamwork and leadership.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Travel within Asia is required at least 10-20% of the time, on average.
