Lim&Tan两个月来第三次搞错了我的buy limit，某一日突然把我的buy limit给满了，之前我的两只股票都已经交了钱，也就是说buy limit应该是0。然后我买了某只股，心想做个contra玩，然后他们似乎发现了错，把buy limit和sell limit又都调回到0，我打电话过去，说我怎么卖呀！当然，这个电话经历了好几个小时才打通。得到的答复是我哪天想卖，就打个电话过来要sell limit，过夜又清成0了。
现在我很郁闷。满仓自是我的不对，以后我要避免，但我手里握着股票呢，你怎么能不给我sell limit呢？
他们搞错了3次了，这是我的止损线。

Q1 What is this programme about?

Online Trading clients of Lim & Tan Securities have an option to earn either Reward Points or LinkPoints when they buy or sell shares through the Online Trading or Voice-Activated-Stock-Trading (VAST) platform. Clients can only be enrolled into one loyalty programme at anyone time. Upon account opening, all Online Trading accounts are enrolled for Reward Points unless otherwise indicated by submission of NTUC, NTUC Plus, max, PAssion or FairPrice Plus. (Only applicable to primary cardholder)

Q2 Who is eligible for this programme?

Any Online Trading client can choose to earn Reward Points. Only NTUC, NTUC Plus, max, PAssion or FairPrice Plus cardholders are eligible to earn LinkPoints. (Only applicable to primary cardholder)

Q3: Are there accounts that are not eligible for this programme?

Specific type of accounts, such as Share Margin Financing Accounts with longer Interest Free Option, will not be eligible.

Q4: What is the difference between the two programmes?

The Reward Points programme is a loyalty programme offered by limtan.com.sg for Online Trading clients only. The LinkPoints loyalty programme is offered by limtan.com.sg with NTUCLink for NTUC, NTUC Plus, max, FairPrice Plus or PAssion cardholders only.

Q7:	How many points am I awarded for each successful trade?

One Reward Point will be awarded for each dollar of brokerage paid to Lim & Tan Securities. Five LinkPoints will be awarded for each dollar of brokerage paid to Lim & Tan Securities.

Q8:	How many points will be deducted for each "Force Order"?

This is when the "Force" option is selected in the Place Order screen. 4 Reward Points or 20 LinkPoints (depending on the programme enrolled) will be deducted once the option is selected. This is regardless of whether the order is eventually fulfilled. This option is subject to availability of points.

Q9:	When will my points expire?

Reward Points have a three-year expiry date from the date of issue. The expiry is based on a calendar quarter basis (i.e. March, June, September, December). LinkPoints earned will be expired at the end of the same year. Currently, NTUCLink is giving a six months grace period after the end of the same year for Cardholders to utilize the expiring points.

Q10:	How do I make a redemption?

To redeem your points, click on 'Loyalty' on the navigation menu. Depending on the loyalty programme you are currently enrolled, you will either see the LinkPoints redemption login or Reward Points redemption items.

For LinkPoints redemption, click on '6) How to Redeem Your Rewards' to see the redemption guide. For Reward Points redemption, click on the top left pull down menu to access the redemptions. Upon deciding on the redemption, click on 'Redeem Now' to redeem the item.

Q11:	What can I redeem?

For Reward Points, the points can be used to offset brokerage payments as well as various services and subscriptions.

For LinkPoints, the points can be used to offset brokerage payments as well as various products and services offered by the LinkPoints programme.

Please note that redemptions for brokerage payments are only applicable for current outstanding or contra contracts only. For more information, please refer to the LinkPoints website.


a. For redemptions against BUY contracts/contra loss, you may utilize all your available LinkPoints up to the amount of the buy contract/contra loss.

b. For redemptions against SELL contracts, LinkPoints redeemed can only be used to offset against your brokerage.

Q12:	Is there a cut-off time for redemption?

For Reward Points, redemptions for SMS Alerts and Streaming Market Depth are effective immediately. For contract redemption, the redemption will be processed within two working days. For redemptions with our business partners, please refer to the respective terms and conditions of each item on the redemption catalog.

For LinkPoints, redemptions for limtan services will be processed within two working days after submission through LinkPoints redemption website.
