Why I only get auto reply from [email protected]?

This morning I sent an email to [email protected] for querying status of PR application, but only got auto reply with contents as following :

My question:
When can I get an reply at least with answers like your application is under active processing and so on?

Thanks for your help.
(I'd like to use chinese, but the working computer ......)
