不管是那里人，都不应该被诬陷。最起码德士司机要发表声明，讲出事实。告不告他看当事人怎样说。

我记得报纸上是先写 ‘中国客工抢劫德士‘ 原来人家是游客。。。
突然觉得新加坡的媒体也很好笑。。。新加坡人中国人，不管什么事情，先说人家是客工。。真好笑。。。。。
还好这孩子家有钱。。。不然说不是客工新加坡人也不相信。。。。。

德士司机是不是想骗他那车的保险呀？？？？故意撞车呀。。。。

题外话, 为什么新加坡人喜欢叫中国人 Chinaman, Chiangirl, PRC.Chinaman不是对华人有歧义的词语吗? 似乎也包括新加坡华人?

以上的称呼是对中国人的，是为了区别非中国籍的Chinese。

在海外，Chinese 是指华人，他可以是美国人，瑞典人，巴西人，或中国人。 China man 是指中国人。PRC 是为了和台湾的华人区别开来，因为以前台湾也称自己是 Chinese from China. 不过现在不多了。

不可否认，以上的称呼在近十多年来，已变得带有歧视，这不仅在新加坡。

Chinaman is a term that refers to a Chinese man, person, or in some cases, a racial term for any person of east Asian descent.
