请教：PR 申请补交材料的问题

PR申请两月了，收到ICA来信：
please complete and fax/post the attached form to permanent resident services center, within 2 weeks from the date of this letter. the form should state: the detailed full curriculum vitae of your family members i.e. spouse, parents and siblings.

请教大家：
是不是说把后面附的那张表（关于employment的）填完就可以了？可是一张表上怎么可能填所有家庭成员的detailed full curriculum vitae呢？

你按照那个格式，自己另外写一份，包括你自己和全家的，交上去，是一样的。 那个估计只是告诉你写的格式的。  
可能是以前太多人补，然后格式又都不一样，所以ICA的人为了规范点，所以才附了张表。 我记得去年我补交的时候没有表，自己写的。
