【房屋】First appointment要带的文件?

HDB网站里对于买家要携带的文件里
有这么一条statement,不知道说的是什么东西？望大家帮忙解释一下

An applicant who has inherited interest in an HDB flat must obtain the HDB's prior approval before he can register to buy an HDB flat. He/She must bring along a Petition for Letter of Administration with the Estate Schedule together with the Grant Letter of Administration or Grant of Probate and the Last Will of the deceased (whichever is applicable).

但是我的中介跟我说1st之前一周会通知我需要带什么

当初买房没有注意这些，第一次appointmant, 只记得当时带了IC,律师信（很大一个信封），夫妻俩人的收入证明，CPF, OPT。其它的是中介帮忙搞定的，中介一个人拿着材料在那里排队， 前屋主一对夫妻请我们夫妻俩人去麦当劳吃早餐，喝coffee去了，等排队到我们了，中介直接打电话叫我们上去2楼的room，我们4人直接见HDB officer，验证一下本人和资料，签个名字就完了。

第2次就没有去了， 是律师检查和帮拿钥匙的。
