一份EMS邮件，北京到新加坡 3天
            星期一到了，查证已经确定
            在新加坡 5天了，现在还没拿到，打电话问了，还在查找，新加坡可大了。
            电话都打5遍了，我都不好意思了。
            怎样才能让本地人脑袋转快点呢？
