5年long tern wist pass申请被拒，出去多久可以再进来？急急！！

我老婆六月份生小孩，她妈过来照顾她，但5年长期签证被拒了，向ICA上诉还是没批，没办法了，只能出新加坡再进来，所以想知道出去多久可以再进来申请？

You may appeal in writing. No verbal appeal will be accepted. When writing in, please indicate applicant's full particulars (i.e. name, date of birth and Foreign Identification Number) and our file reference number in the letter. You do not have to fill up any form.

If my appeal is rejected, can I appeal again? What is the maximum number of times that I can appeal?

If your appeal is rejected, you may submit another appeal again. There is no limit to the number of times that you can appeal. However, you may wish to know that all applicati** and appeals are carefully processed and c**idered before a decision is made. Hence, you are advised to submit an appeal only when there are additional information or documents to be furnished that you think might be beneficial in justifying your case.
