我家孩子也自学了用方程解一些文字题。前两天我发现她做的一套练习题里有一些用方程做的题被老师(补习中心的老师)圈出来，让她将“=”改为“ ->(箭头)". 例如有一题: Lind received 291 pieces of $5 and $10 notes from the red packets she collected during Chinese New Year. Her mother gave her 15 more pieces of $10 notes she had was 1/6 of the number of $5 notes. How much money did she receive in total as red packets?

她的解法是：
x->numbers of $5 notes, y->number of $10 notes.

x+y=291
y+15=1/6(3/4)(x) (这里我加了几个括弧，是因为我无法将分式按上下结构写出来）

y+15=(1/8)x
8y+120=x
8y+120+y=291
9y=171
y=19
x=272
total money: 272x5+19x10=1550

老师把她上面题解中的红色的“=”都改为“->"。说是不能用等号。
请教：老师改的对吗？如果对，有什么道理呢？谢谢。
