相信很多爸爸妈妈都曾经历过宝宝夜里睡不安的经验，若是长期如此，只能以“磨娘精”来 形容这样的宝宝。到底什么原因会造成宝宝夜里睡不安稳，它可能是自然的生理情况，也可能因疾病的因素造成。

　　其实每一个阶段的婴幼儿，都有可能发生夜里睡不安稳的情况，只是宝宝在六个月大前，因睡眠周期尚未建立，所以夜里睡不安稳的原因，生理自然情况居多；若是过了六个月大，睡眠周期已逐渐形成，则夜里睡不安稳的原因有如下几种可能：

　　1、缺微量元素，血钙降低引起大脑及植物性神经兴奋性增设导致宝宝晚上睡不安稳，需要补充钙和维生素D，如果缺钙，宝宝的卤门就闭合得不好；如果缺锌，一般嘴角都会溃烂。

　　2、温度太热、太冷。宝宝睡眠时的温度太热或者太冷都会影响宝宝的睡眠，其中以温度太热为主要原因。做妈妈的怕宝宝不小心被冻着，经常把宝宝包得严严实实的。

　　3、天气太干燥。天气太干燥也是影响宝宝睡眠的一个原因，因为干燥的天气让让宝宝觉得很不舒服。

　　4、睡眠前玩得太兴奋，按时睡觉：在宝宝入睡前0.5～1小时，应让宝宝安静下来，睡前不要玩得太兴奋，更不要过分逗弄宝宝。免得宝宝因过于兴奋、紧张而难以入睡。不看刺激性的电视节目，不讲紧张可怕的故事，也不玩新玩具。要给宝宝创造一个良好的睡眠环境。室温适宜、安静，光线较暗。盖的东西要轻、软、干燥。睡前应先让宝宝排尿。

　　5、注意肛门外有无蛲虫。

　　6、积食、消化不良，上火或者晚上吃的太饱也会导致睡眠不安。建议喂粥、面等固体食物应在临睡前至少两三小时喂，睡前再喝一点奶

　　7、母乳宝宝的恋奶。(这个很多母乳宝宝都存在的情况)

　　8、晚上一定要喂奶的话，要注意：尽量保持安静的环境。当晚上喂奶或换尿布时，不要让孩子醒透(最好处于半睡眠状态)。这样，当喂完奶会换完尿布后，会容易入睡。逐渐减少喂奶的次数，不要让孩子产生夜间吃奶的习惯。
9、如果宝宝因为夜里想尿尿就醒，本人觉得应该给他用尿不湿，这样不至于因为把尿影响宝宝睡觉。如果有用尿不湿的话，一定是尿不湿包得太紧。

　　10、发现孩子有睡意时，及时放到婴儿床里。最好是让孩子自己入睡，如果你每次都抱着或摇着他入睡。那么每当晚上醒来时，他就会让你抱起来或摇着他才能入睡。

　　11、不要让婴儿含着奶嘴入睡，奶嘴是让孩子吸奶用的，不是睡觉用的，若干孩子含着奶嘴睡着了，在放到床上前，请轻轻将奶嘴抽出

　　12、宝宝的对床的舒适度的要求提高也是干扰宝宝睡眠的一个原因。

       13、如果宝宝没有其他不适的原因，夜里常醒的原因很大一部份是习惯了，如果他每次醒来你都立刻抱他或给他喂东西的话，就会形成恶性循环。建议宝宝夜里醒来时(应该都是迷迷糊糊的)，不要立刻抱他，更不要逗他，应该立刻拍拍他，安抚着想办法让他睡去。一般如果处在迷糊状态的宝宝都会慢慢睡去。
