Students have reflected that my teaching lively and flexible, in the sense that i often use games and videos to train them in the areas of oral articulation and thinking skills. However, students have commented that i am not as meticulous as they would like when i explain passages and answers for Comprehension papers, and overlooked those students who didn't understand the initial explanation. this explains the unsatisfactory results of certain students under my charge. Although I understand that students prefer interaction in class to the traditional methods of spoon feeding, the sheer bulk of the content that I have to cover in class limits the amount of interaction that can take place. furthermore, i do use Chinese terms native to China unknowingly due to geographical differences, causing students to misunderstand my instructions at times, which affects their understanding of lesson content. also, in my attempt to conduct lessons smoothly and efficiently, i over emphasized class discipline and neglected the feelings of my students. the feedback from my students serves to constantly remind me that there is always room for improvement in my teaching methodology and i am currently doing my best to provide them with the best learning experience possible
