关于ltvp体检

请问ltvp批了后要去ica交材料，也要一起交体检报告吗，但我的approve notice只写道：
Your application for a Visit Pass (Long Term) has been approved for a period of 5 Year(s) .

2.      You are required to complete formalities for the issuance of the Visit Pass (Long Term) personally at this office To facilitate the collection of your Pass, you are advised to come to ICA on 12/08/2010 10:45 AM with the following:
•A copy of approval notice;
•A duly signed printout of the form which you have submitted through the e-VP;
•A duly signed printout of Terms & Conditions of Issue for Long Term Pass Card;
并没有提到有体检表啊？那还需要去体检吗

一定要报告的，当你网上付钱之后，他们要你打印一些表格，其中就有体检表格。

不过我的就是只有提到3个form,就是我1楼写的。不过我还是会把体检表打出来的。准备明天去raffles hospital check up

两年之内体检过就不用了， 而且如果移民厅没有要求要体检就不用，我之前延期长期时（当时旧的体检已经过了两年）批准时都没有要求我去体检， 省了
