这是超声波报告，有人能帮我翻译下吗？In the right breast,there are two solid nodules which show well-defined and gently lobulated/smooth margins,with no evidence of tissue planes disruption or posterior acoustic shadowing.These nodules are sonographically benign.They are sited as follows.There are no pathologically-enlarged nodes in the axillae

右边RF有两个结节，左边一个，超音波显示良性， 建议例行监测跟进。
