我们买的是楼花,属于BUC(building under construction),贷款利率和普通建完的公寓有些许不同,因此只给也买了BUC的同志们做参考。BUC银行都不给fix,除了DBS。
(这是我们11月20号左右咨询来的结果)

其中UOB的那个package是banker跟我们讲不要带agent的package,如果带中介就是3m SOR+0.85%
since OCBC和UOB一样我们就选了OCBC,据说UOB的banker服务差,不过我们去咨询的那一次倒是不觉得,不过既然人家说不好我们就选了OCBC,最后是那个package加上legal subsidy加到2800,不过这又是另一个story...
