有关卖组屋的一些疑惑

最近听朋友说，现在卖屋子的钱将会全部存入CPF里。

以我以前的理解是比如你之前买的屋子是25万，CPF暂当作还了20万。如果卖了屋子后，应该是CPF部份应该是20万，多出的部分应该兑现成现金，不是吗？

请达人出面解释小妹这个疑惑，谢谢了~~

卖价-(欠房贷+公积金+利息）=如有剩余将是现金
selling price minus (outstanding loan+cpf+interest)= cash (if positive)
please take note : u have to pay all arrears eg income tax , parking summon
property tax then  the resale application will be approve

你用了多少CPF以及利息，都在CPF网站上显示着呢

这20万CPF还要收利息的。

2楼给的是最好情况，如果拿了政府补贴，听说卖房子时还要吐出来，可不是3万这个数了。卖组屋拿到手的现金肯定比自己算的要少很多。
