新加坡最好的活期新元利率（2011年1月的信息）

好像最好的是CIMB的，0.8%每年，但详细情况不清楚，要打去问问。

以前在Maybank是2.38的利率，现在已经没有了。暂时不想放Fixed Time deposit，否则利率会好些。另外的选择是放澳元或纽元的fixed time deposit。目前的利率是4-5%，以前最好的时候是8%！！！

去开了个户，在Raffles Place的那家很好找，地铁上去就是。
开户存款5000（有免费的支票本，更新支票本也是免费），这5000的利息是0.5%。
如果每个月topup 500，那么全部存款的利息就是0.8%，也可以一次性存11000（5000＋500×12），那么利息也是0.8%。
没有最低存款限制，没有维持费，半年内关闭账户费用50，半年后关闭没有费用。提供免费的ATM和internet banking。

听起来不错，开了一个。
我以前一直在Maybank的Isavvy存，好的时候利息到2.38，都是过去了，现在的利息佣金掉下来了，应该目前是这个CIMB的火气利率最好。

06年买的房子，最近刚脱手，价钱几乎翻了一番，钱要暂时找个地方存一下。然后不知要投到哪里了？
